From the fresh produce of Australia with the true flavour of India - INDIA DOWN UNDER - established in 1991 offers even the novice diner of fine Indian Cuisine, a subtle and uniquely interesting palate which will linger long after.

This is the house of traditional North Indian cuisine where the best of OZ produce mingles with Indian spices and seeks to introduce flavours simmering over stoves, grilling in tandoor and fiery furnaces.

Indian food is diverse, as varied as the nation itself but often the best are the simple curries drawn from a range of meats & fish, lentils or dhalls cooked with tomatoes, cauliflower, blended spinach & springklings of roasted cummin, coriander & other Indian spices.
